Valves of switching of transfer (?��1, ?��2)



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the drain plug and drain the transmission fluid ATF.

A warning

When you remove the side casing, be careful not to damage the cover, gearbox and contact surfaces. Replace the side casing if it is damaged.


3. Unscrew the bolts and remove the side cover.
4. Disconnect from the valve.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Measure the resistance between the terminals of the solenoid valve.

Resistance: 12-16 Ohm


Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the shift valve.

The inhaling moment: 58,8-68,6 N ??? m


A warning

Clean the contact surface of the housing side of the ATF and the remains of sealant. Apply sealant to the inside of the holes for the mounting bolts, without interrupting the application of sealant strip.


2. Apply sealant (three bond 1281B) on the side of the casing.

A warning

A strip of the sealant should have a width of 1.0-1.5 mm.

Node is subject to the assembly no later than 5 minutes after applying sealant.


3. Replace the cover and fasten the side screws.

Torque: 20-29 N ??? m

4. Install a new gasket and replace the drain plug.

Torque: 24-55 N ??? m

5. Fill the transmission fluid ATF and check for leaks from the side of the casing.
