Tube oil cooler

Check the oil cooler tube in bending and deformation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the oil cooler tube.

Check the lack of excesses in the field of rounding.

Check that the cross-sectional area of the tube does not become too low due to its deformation due to surface damage.
2. If necessary, replace the oil cooler tube.

Blockage of the tube

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Blow tube through its inlet compressed air pressure of 196.2 kPa under and then check whether the air to pass through it at low pressure.

A warning

When assembling the tube radiator, use a new sealing ring. Be sure to tighten the clamp from the outlet.

If the tube is damaged the radiator, the temperature of the ATF transmission will be increased due to a decrease in the number of its radiator, which can lead to malfunction and oil leaks from the heat-removing pipes. Because the pressure cut locking torque converter can not return to its original value, the lock is maintained, and the engine stops idling.
