Refitting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. For vehicles without power steering, loosen bolts A securing mechanism of a tension, loosen the adjusting bolt B and remove the air conditioning compressor belt.
	2. On cars with power steering, loosen the screws A, B and C, loosen the adjusting screw D and remove the air conditioning compressor belt.
3. Discharge the air conditioning system.
4. Disconnect hoses from the compressor.
	5. Remove the air conditioning compressor. Immediately close all open apertures and tubes to eliminate moisture from the air in the air conditioning system.
6. Installation of the air conditioning compressor is carried out in sequence, return to removal, taking into account the following: - Pour fresh oil in the compressor; - Before installing the sealing rings, oil them; - Do not grease connecting nuts of unions of the air conditioning compressor; - Tighten the inlet and outlet hoses to torque; - Adjust the tension of the drive belt air conditioning compressor. Torque: 24-36 N ??? m
7. Fill the refrigerant air conditioning system.
