Safety measures

Before disconnecting the air conditioning system elements necessary to prepare the tools and equipment for maintenance of the system in such a way as to leave the disconnected elements of the system in the least possible time.

When disconnecting the air conditioning system components immediately close the connection corresponding caps to eliminate the ingress of moisture into the system.

The bench elements and tube air-conditioning system should be stored in sealed packaging.

Repeatedly bend previously molded tube.

All the tools, coolant distributing reservoir, measuring instruments and tubes should be stored in a dry and clean place.

Do not add refrigerant R-12 in air-conditioning system designed for refrigerant R-134a. These coolants should not be mixed, as it will lead to failure of the air conditioning system.

Avoid contact with skin refrigerant.

When working near the air-conditioning system, wear goggles.

After contact with the refrigerant to the skin or eyes, do not rub the affected area, rinse immediately with cold water for at least 15 minutes and consult a physician. Self-medication is not permitted.

Refrigerant gas is heavier than air and relatively quickly should gather below, for example, under the car.

When carrying out welding work near the air-conditioning system, always remove it from the refrigerant. Electric welding near the refrigerant pipe of the refrigerant can cause decomposition under the action of ultraviolet radiation.

Do not expose the details of the air conditioning system to heat or open flame. Overheating can lead to increased pressure in the system and inflammation.
