Withdrawal PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Remove the gearbox. | | 2. Remove the bolt clutch fork. | | 3. Remove the clutch. |

Check
A warning Clutch tight. It can not be washed in a solvent.
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Check the release bearing which should rotate easily, smoothly and quietly and it should no longer play. The working surface of the bearing influencing a press spring should be smooth, without cracks, local corrosion or development. | | 2. Defective clutch can be determined without removing it from the car, which is necessary when the engine is running, press the clutch pedal. If the clutch pedal is pressed, an additional noise, means clutch is faulty and must be replaced. |

Setting PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Grease XG-1-C at the following locations:
- A sliding surface for the bearing support transmission; - The release fork in contact with the bearing; - The front of the release bearing in contact with the diaphragm spring. | A warning Fill greased only deepen and remove excess lubricant. If extra lubricant stays in the sleeve, it may lead to ingress of lubricant to the friction lining, causing malfunction of the clutch.
| | 2. Fill the groove in the sleeve release bearing grease XG-1-C. Also apply a thin layer of grease on the contact surface of the clutch fork. | 3. Replace clutch. | | 4. Install the release fork and secure it with a bolt. Tighten the bolt torque. Torque: 35-41 N ??? m | 5. Install the gearbox. |
