The clutch pedal

1 - hinge pin;
2 - the return spring;
3 - a nut;
4 - bushings;
5 - Clip;
6 - the clutch pedal;
7 - the brake pedal;
8 - a cable grip.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the adjusting nuts on the release lever so that the cable can be removed from the squeezing lever.
2. Remove the clip that secures the cable to the bracket shell clutch pedal.
3. Pull the cable up and disconnect it from the clutch pedal hook.
4. Loosen the nuts and remove the spring and flat washers from the hinge pin.
5. Remove the clutch pedal with the pivot bolt and return spring.
6. If necessary, remove the rubber cover from the clutch pedal and stop.

A warning

Apply a thin layer of lithium grease (NGLI No. 2) on the sleeve and the pivot point of the pedal.


Setting

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
