Cross-section drafts and the longitudinal lever Rear suspension

Elements of the rear axle

1 - a bolt;
2 - washers;
3 - lock nut;
4 - washer and spring washer;
5 - front track rod;
6 - rear track rod (adjustable);
7 - hinge pins;
8 - washers;
9 - trailing arm;

10 - a nut of fastening of the stabilizer;
12 - earring of the stabilizer;
13 - mounting bolt;
14 - an arm of the stabilizer;
15 - sleeve arm of the stabilizer;
16 - stabilizer;
17 - plate;
18 - bolts

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Raise the rear of the car and fix on support.

2. Remove the wheel.

3. Remove the bolt and the washer that secure the front transverse traction to the crossbar.

4. Remove the bolt and washer securing the rear transverse traction to the crossbar.

5. Remove the two nuts securing the parking brake cable to the trailing arm rear suspension.

6. Remove the nut and remove the hinge bolt of transverse rods to support the rear hub.

7. Remove the two hinge screws on the trailing arm rear suspension.

8. Remove the trailing arm rear suspension.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install the trailing arm rear suspension bracket and a support hub and fix two bolts.

Torque: 43-61 N ??? m

2. Set the parking brake cable bracket on the trailing arm rear suspension and fix two bolts.

Torque: 19-26 N ??? m

3. Set the cross rod to the support hub and tighten the pivot bolt, two washers and spring washer, then tighten the lock nut.

Torque: 93-117 N ??? m

4. Install the front transverse rod and secure it with a bolt and a lock washer to the cross beam.

Torque: 93-117 N ??? m

5. Install the rear transverse rod and secure it with a bolt and a lock washer to the cross beam.

Torque: 93-117 N ??? m

6. Install the wheel.

7. After the installation, check the angles of the rear wheels.

A warning

Tighten bolts and nuts of cross drafts and the longitudinal lever demanded moment after car installation on wheels.
