1. Screw one bolt cross to the cross beam, then screw three bolts of the bracket crossbar.
Torque: 46-57 N ??? m |
2. Install the stabilizer bar. |
3. Lubricate the stabilizer bushing. |
| 4. Set the stabilizer bushing according to the adjusting labels put on the stabilizer. |
5. Establish arms of the stabilizer and fix bolts. |
6. Screw the bolt earring of the stabilizer to the cross beam.
Torque: 43-61 N ??? m |
7. Screw nuts earring of the stabilizer to the stabilizer.
Torque: 43-61 N ??? m |
8. Install the trailing arm rear suspension bracket and a support hub and fix two bolts.
Torque: 43-61 N ??? m |
9. Install transverse traction on the support of a nave and fix the pivot bolt, two washers and spring washer, then tighten the lock nut.
Torque: 93-117 N ??? m |
10. Install the front transverse rod and secure it with a bolt and a lock washer to the cross beam.
Torque: 93-117 N ??? m |
11. Install the rear transverse rod and secure it with a bolt and a lock washer to the cross beam.
Torque: 93-117 N ??? m |
12. After the installation, check the angles of the rear wheels. |
