Sensor Flow air (TED)



Withdrawal


A warning

Do not drop or bump the sensor, as this will damage it.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unplug the connector from the air flow sensor.
2. Loosen the hose clamps of the air intake pipe on both sides of the air flow sensor.
3. Disconnect the air inlet of the air flow sensor.
4. Remove the two screws on the air flow sensor to the bracket.
5. Remove the air flow sensor.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Visually check the air flow sensor for damage. If necessary, replace it.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Place the airflow sensor in the air intake pipe and the bracket.
2. Replace the two screws on the sensor to the bracket.

The inhaling moment: 7,8-10,8 N ??? m

3. Connect the sensor air inlet.
4. Tighten the clamps on both sides of the sensor.
5. Connect the connector to the air flow sensor.
6. Start the engine and warm it up to normal operating temperature. Leave the engine running at idle speed.
7. Connect a voltmeter between terminal 4 (RED / WHT wire) and ground.
8. Make sure the voltage varies between 0.8-1.2 V.
9. Turn the engine off and make sure that the voltage is within the range of 3.5-4.0 V.
