An exhaust manifold




A warning

The engine must be cold.


Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Disconnect the oxygen sensor. If you install a new collector, remove the gauge.
3. Remove the screws and remove the heat-insulating shield from the manifold.
4. Apply penetrating oil nuts and bolts of the exhaust manifold.
5. Lift the car and fix it on support.
6. Remove the exhaust pipe bracket bolts and lower the catalytic converter and exhaust pipe so that they do not interfere with the removal of the collector.
7. Remove the nuts and bolts of a final collector and disconnect it from the cylinder head.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean off the remains of old gasket and carbon deposits from the mating surfaces of the cylinder head and manifold. If the collector lining was not tight, you should check to see if the collector. To perform this test, see a specialist.
2. Establish a new lining of a collector.
3. Establish a collector and insert bolts.
4. Tighten the bolts and nuts of the manifold to the desired torque.
5. Establish the remained details, get the engine and check the operation.
