Intake manifold



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Drain the fuel system pressure.
2. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
3. Drain the coolant.
4. Remove the air intake pipe. Disconnect the throttle cable from the throttle, hoses and wires.
5. Disconnect the wiring harness, control cables and hoses from the intake manifold.
6. Disconnect the fuel injectors. Disconnect the fuel supply tube from the fuel line.
7. Disconnect the pipe and the valve EGR.
8. Remove the support bracket bolts and remove a support of an inlet collector.
9. Disconnect hoses (A), unscrew the bolt (B), an arm of the hose, remove the bolts and nuts (C) of the intake manifold.
10. Remove the intake manifold.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean off the remains of the old gasket from the mating surfaces of the cylinder head and manifold. Clean the surface of the solvent.
2. Establish a new lining, establish a collector and insert bolts.
3. Tighten the bolts and nuts of the manifold in this order.
4. Install the remaining parts. Start the engine and check for leaks. Check if all systems are functioning engine.
