| 1. Drain the fuel system pressure. |
| 2. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. |
| 3. Drain the coolant. |
| 4. Remove the air intake pipe. Disconnect the throttle cable from the throttle, hoses and wires. |
| 5. Disconnect the wiring harness, control cables and hoses from the intake manifold. |
| 6. Disconnect the fuel injectors. Disconnect the fuel supply tube from the fuel line. |
| 7. Disconnect the pipe and the valve EGR. |
 | 8. Remove the support bracket bolts and remove a support of an inlet collector. |
 | 9. Disconnect hoses (A), unscrew the bolt (B), an arm of the hose, remove the bolts and nuts (C) of the intake manifold. |
| 10. Remove the intake manifold. |
