Oil pump



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the bottom guard of the engine and drive belts.
3. Remove the generator. Remove air conditioning compressor and slide it to the side, do not disconnect the hose from the compressor.
4. Remove the gas distribution belt and crankshaft sprocket.
5. Remove the oil pan and remove the three lock, clear maslozaborny pipe.
6. Using the reverse sequence tightening, unscrew bolts amplifying section of the engine.
7. Remove the nuts and bolts of the oil pump and remove the pump.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remember the planting depth gland. Remove the seal from the pump housing.
2. Remove the screws and remove the oil pump.
3. Remove the pressure reducing valve of the pump. Remove the internal and external gear pump. Rinse all the elements of the pump in a solvent.
4. Install the gears in the pump housing and perform the following measurements. Measure the gap between the driven gear and the pump casing.
5. Measure the gap between the teeth of gears.
6. Measure the clearance between the plane and the plane of the gear pump housing.
7. Measure the length of the spring pressure reducing valve, if necessary, replace the spring.
8. Grease a new epiploon and establish it into place.
9. Grease the piston relief valve oil and install valve elements in the pump housing.
10. Lubricate gear pump clean engine oil.
11. Fill the pump cavity with petroleum jelly.
12. Install the oil pump cover and tighten the cover screws, pre-lubricated them with sealant.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Thoroughly clean and wipe acetone joined surfaces of the oil pump and the engine block.
2. Establish a new lining of the oil pump, lubricated with silicone gasket surface adjacent to the pump. Set the pump to the engine block.
3. Insert the bolts and tighten them to the proper torque.
4. Apply sealant around the perimeter of the amplifying section of the engine and the four holes around the rear section of the bolt. Install a reinforcing section and tighten the bolts in the sequence shown.
