Cylinder Head Cover
Withdrawal | PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. | | 2. Disconnect the hose valve for crankcase ventilation and air hoses from the head cover. | | 3. Mark the spark plug wires and disconnect them from the candles. |  | 4. Disconnect the hose valve for crankcase ventilation (A) and vent hoses from the head cover and unscrew bolts of the bracket (B) hoses hydrostrengthening steering. | | 5. In models 1996 and later model years, disconnect the crankshaft sensor. |  | 6. Remove the cylinder head cover bolts in sequence of return specified sequence tightening. | | 7. Disconnect all hoses and wires that prevent the removal of the cover and remove the cover. |

Setting | PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Carefully clean joined surfaces of the cylinder head and the head cover. |  | 2. Apply sealant to one side of the cover gasket and install the gasket on the cover. |  | 3. Apply sealant to the indicated surface of the cylinder head. | | 4. Replace the cover and insert the bolts. | | | 5. Tighten the bolts in the sequence shown. | | 6. Install the remaining details, get the engine and check the cap for leaks. |
