Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the cylinder head cover.
3. Remove the spark plugs from all cylinders.
4. Loosen the water pump pulley bolt. Remove the pump drive belt system hydrostrengthening steering and air conditioning compressor and alternator drive belt. Remove the water pump pulley.
5. Set the parking brake and block the rear wheels. Lift and fix a forward part of the car.
6. Remove the right front wheel.
7. Remove the mudguard of the right front wing.
8. Remove the crankshaft pulley.
9. Establish a jack under the engine. Slightly lift the engine and remove the right support.
10. Remove the bolts and remove the top cover of the timing belt and tube dipstick oil.
11. Remove the timing belt guide (A) and the bottom cover screws (B).
12. Rotate the crankshaft and align the mark synchronization stars crankshaft.
13. compatible for synchronization labels of asterisks of camshafts.
14. The camshaft sprockets have a synchronization label and on the back surface.
15. If you want to reuse the gas distribution belt, make it a label indicating the direction of rotation.
16. Use the special tool, you can lock the camshaft sprocket and to simplify further the work carried out with the gas distribution belt.
17. Loosen the timing belt. Turn the tensioner pulley and remove the spring.
18. Remove the gas distribution belt.
19. If necessary, remove the crankshaft sprocket and the crankshaft sensor.
20. If you want to Lock the camshaft with a wrench, unscrew the bolts and remove the camshaft sprocket. Asterisk inlet camshaft on the front surface is labeled "I", and the exhaust camshaft sprocket is labeled "E".

Check

A warning

While gas distribution belt is removed, take care not to rotate the crankshaft and camshafts.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Inspect the bearings of the intermediate pulley and tensioner pulley, check that they rotate freely there. Inspect the spring tensioner. If necessary, replace worn or damaged parts.
2. If the gas distribution belt was heavily damaged, carefully clean all the stars, on which it is installed.
3. If the belt has torn or cracked teeth, then seize the camshafts or shaft water and oil pumps.
4. If the belt is severely deteriorated, inspect sprockets for scratches and burrs.
5. If the belt is worn on one side only, check the belt guide and check the alignment of stars.
6. If you notice wear always replace the gas distribution belt.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully clean the installation area of the timing belt in the front of the engine.
2. Install the tensioner pulley and an intermediate pulley.
3. Install the camshaft sprocket and the crankshaft sprocket.
4. Align the synchronization mark Stars.
5. Put the gas distribution belt on the sprocket and pulleys. and remove the blocking tool camshaft sprocket.
6. Turn the tensioner pulley and install the spring.
7. Turn the crankshaft two full turns and check the synchronization mark. When you rotate the crankshaft, stop when you feel resistance. Most likely due to incorrect combination of labels, refer to the piston valves. Check back tagging and only then proceed.
8. Establish the remained details, get the engine and check the operation.
