Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the camshaft. Remove the faulty valve tappets.
2. Unscrew candles of cylinders, which includes the defective valves.
3. Set your desired cylinder piston is at TDC.
4. Screw the adapter into the spark plug hole and connect to the adapter hose of the air compressor.
5. Turn on the compressor.
6. Use the special tool compress the valve spring and remove the clamps.
7. Remove the spring plate, spring and spring seat. If during this procedure the compressed air in the cylinder holds the valve in the closed state, so damaged chamfer valve and / or valve seat.
8. Measure the planting depth of the valve stem oil seal and remove the gland.
9. Inspect the valve spring for cracks and other damage. Measure the length of the spring and compare it with the technical requirements (see. Subsection 3.2.2).
10. Lubricate the valve stem with engine oil and install a new oil seal using special tool or a suitable sleeve.

A warning

Do not confuse seals inlet and exhaust valves. Seals exhaust valves are tabs at the top.


11. Install the spring seat and the valve spring.
12. Install the spring plate. Compress a spring and establish clamps, if necessary put on clamps a small amount of sealant.
13. Remove the compressor hose and remove the adapter.
14. Establish all remained details, get the engine cylinder head and check for leaks and unusual sounds.
