Fuel vapor collection system

Fuel vapor collection system consists of a carbon filter, and a purge valve connecting hoses.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the hoses and connections.
2. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the carbon filter and connect the vacuum gauge. When the engine is not warmed up and idling, depression should be absent. If depression is present, the problem may be the purge valve. Warm up the engine and check the vacuum. If not, replace the purge valve.
3. Check that the two-way valve located near the charcoal filter is not breathable.
4. Check the voltage on the purge valve.
5. Check the charcoal filter for leaks.
