Grease hatch



Required special tool:

- Two centering bolts, which can be made independently of the dimensions shown in the figure;
- Special pliers or a similar tool.

The need to quickly consumables:

- Friction paste Megsedes-Benz 001 989 1451 or similar.
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Open the hatch on 3/4.
2. Unhook the spring clips on the front trim panel sun roof body.
3. Fully open the hatch.
4. Remove the top casing of the hatch.
5. Remove the Phillips screws (arrows) and remove the guide bar.
6. Close the door.
7. Remove the left and right nuts (arrows).
8. Remove the top hatch.
9. Blow pressurized air weir top left and top right.
10. Check the floating pads for damage and replace them if necessary.
11. Clean the floating pads and lubricate anti-friction paste.
12. Clean the guide rails, grease a working surface.
13. Insert the dowel screws (arrow) on the left and right of the centering hole.
14. Insert the top hatch. Fit the nuts without tightening them tight.
15. With the illustration of special pre-mites hold hatch and then tighten the nut.
16. Open the door.
17. Screw the guide bar.
18. Insert and secure the spring clamps trim hatch.
