Rear shock absorbers



In case of repair, you can put the dampers all manufacturers, provided that they complied with the marking, for example, "H2 orange" (orange H2).

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the trunk upholstery attachment and remove it.
A warning

Shock absorbers are a focus of the spring rear wheels. Therefore, disconnect the upper shock absorber better on the car standing on wheels. 2. Unscrew the nut (75a). If the piston rod is rotated, keep it from turning over flats spanner. When unscrewing the lock nuts hold the bottom nut spanner 17.
3. Raise the rear.
4. Where there is, remove the casing of the lower arm (72c) by removing the 2 screws (72d).
5. Remove the nut (75I) on the lever and suspension Remove the bolt and washer (75h).
6. Remove the shock absorber (75) of the control arm (72) and the support base of the body. If this is hard to do, click on the shock absorber with a screwdriver through the hole in the lever, and then remove the shock down.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before installation, check the shock absorber.
2. Check the rubber parts on the porosity and damage, if necessary - replace.
3. New dampers are supplied with stop buffer (75i), protective cover (75f), a rubber support (75d) and dimensional sleeve (75k).
4. Place the shock color coded ago.
5. Put the bolt (75h) and tighten the new self-locking nuts to 55 Nm
6. Screw the casing of the lever of the suspension.
7. Slowly lower the car at the same time enter into a shock absorber upper mounting hole.
8. Put the rubber ring (75c) and the washer (75b).
9. Tighten both nuts (75a) to the shock-absorber rod. The lower end of the nut tightened to a torque of 15 Nm, and the lock nut tightened to a torque of 30 Nm Be careful not turned to the piston rod, holding it when the need for flats.
10. Put the luggage compartment trim and snap fasteners.
