The most important elements of the braking system

Dual braking system. The brake system is divided into two independent circuits. The first is responsible for the front wheel brake and the second - the rear.
Dual master cylinder. It converts mechanical force on the brake pedal to hydraulic power and provides rapid reduction in pressure in the system when you release the brake pedal.
Brake fluid reservoir. Located on the main cylinder and provides a system of hydraulic fluid.
Power Brakes. Uses of the vacuum created by the engine vacuum inlet.
Foot-operated parking brake. Actuated system of ropes and uses the rear brakes. Since the disc brakes are not well suited to serve as a parking brake on the rear wheels additionally installed drum brakes integrated with the primary disk. Drum brakes are activated only the parking brake pedal.
The brake discs. Together with the wheels rotate in the air flow associated steel brakes. Above them, they set the so-called staples. When you press the brake pedal pistons, advancing from the brake cylinder, the brake pads are shifted in the direction of the brake disk and clamp it - is braked.
Brake Caliper. The mechanism in the form of brackets, as it were impaled on the brake disc.
