Adjusting the front door



When adjusting the vehicle on a wheel on a level surface. The clearance around the perimeter of the door should be about 6 mm, doors themselves should be flush with the adjacent bodywork elements (acceptable embedment 1 mm).

SEQUENCE OF WORK
1. Loosen the two hex bolts on the top and bottom of the door body.
2. Adjust the clearances. Tighten the screws.
3. Loosen the torque hexagonal bolts at the front and the rotation of the middle bolt TORX adjust the setting with respect to the plane of the front wing.

The pin lock the front door (the arrows show the hinge bolts back door)

4. Adjust pin 1 (Fig. 11.26) lock for flush mounting of the front and rear doors.
