Bleeding the clutch

For the correct operation of the clutch is necessary to monitor the level of brake fluid in the expansion tank. If the oil level drops regularly check the system for leaks. All the joints of hoses and pipes themselves from the tank to the working cylinder must be tight. Wet dark spots indicate leakages of brake fluid. If the clutch pedal is not switched off, or when you do not have sufficient resistance, then got in the air. In this case, you must make pumping the clutch. At the workshop for this use a special device that is attached to the air fitting on the working cylinder. After opening the choke in the clutch pumped brake fluid up until all air bubbles will not be pushed out top in the expansion tank.
However, you can bleed the hydraulic clutch and independently through the braking system. Put the hose on the bleed hole located on the front caliper disc brake wheel. The hose must be transparent and long enough to connect fittings to remove the air from the brake system and hydraulic clutch.

SEQUENCE OF WORK
1. Raise the vehicle in front and set it on the front of the stand.
2. Remove the lower engine protection.
3. Fill the brake fluid in the reservoir up to the mark ?MAX?.
4. Remove the dust caps from the bleed hole on the working cylinder and caliper in the front wheel disc brake. Carefully loosen the bleed screws. Put the hose on the fitting located on the caliper front disc brake.
5. Fill the brake fluid hose. To do this, fitting neatly on the support slightly open. Slowly depress the brake pedal (performing assistant) and hold it down. Bleed hole, close, release the brake pedal. The operation is repeated until then, until the hose is completely filled with brake fluid.
6. put your fingers on the other end of the hose put on the union to remove the air from the clutch slave cylinder, open both the union.
7. Ask the assistant to press the brake pedal again, the bleed hole on the support, close and release the brake pedal.
8. The operation is repeated as long as with the brake fluid does not cease to leave air bubbles. If necessary, top up the brake fluid level in the reservoir.
9. Close the bleed screws on the clutch slave cylinder and caliper disc brake wheel. Remove the hose and install the dust caps.
