A five-speed manual
Adjusting the size of the position on lever Transmission, 5-speed manual *
* The shift lever is in neutral. | Adjusting the position of the shift lever 5-speed manual |
| - Insert the input shaft and enter into engagement with the output shaft.
- While your assistant lifts the secondary and primary shafts, lift the intermediate shaft, and (in the boxes with tapered roller bearings), move it forward so that the bearing ran into the wall of the housing. Set back (and front) of the intermediate shaft bearing, zapressovyvaya them housing mandrel.
- Set the primary shaft slinger ring and bearing, then using the mandrel press in the bearing housing into the wall until it stops. When installing the bearing maintain a secondary shaft and make sure that the synchronizer ring IV transmission remained in place.
- Put the inner snap ring on the input shaft.
- Remove the tube from the secondary shaft and supporting the input shaft, install the rear bearing into the crankcase using tool.
- Put clutch synchronizers on position two gears at a time, and then screw the nut bearing on the front end of the intermediate shaft and tighten it to a torque of 8.0 kgs.m. If provided, stake the nut collar into the groove of the shaft.
- In neutral, then put the pads for adjusting the axial play and the pressure plate in the rear wall of the housing and tighten the screws. When replacing the tip clearance of the bearing to adjust the bearing outer race within 0,0-0,05 mm. To determine the clearance measured with vernier calipers the distance between the retaining ring of the bearing and the shoulder of the pressure plate and the mating surface. If provided, mustache Lock the bolts lock washers.
- Place the spacers on the intermediate shaft and press them on the reverse gear slots, then press in the hammer parallel key into the slot.
- Fitting the hammer woodruff key into the slots of the secondary shaft.
- Using the mandrel, press them reverse gear on the secondary shaft, and then set the spacing washer. The desired thickness of the spacers is selected depending on the length of the selector shaft according to the table below.

Marking selector shaft (at the end of the fork) | The thickness of the spacers, mm | Red Label | 3.8 | Without labels | 3.9 | White Label | 4.0 |
| - Enter the selection rod fork reverse gear and V transmission slot synchronizer sleeve V transmission, and slide them into the crankcase on the output shaft. At the same time, move the slider bar to select gears through a window casing.
- Heat the ring of the needle bearing transmission gear V (warm enough hands) and put it on the secondary shaft until it stops in the synchronizer assembly, pulling the output shaft back.
- Replace synchronizer ring on the cone V gear transmission.
- Install the intermediate gear in reverse shift fork, then insert the axis of an intermediate gear to gear in the crankcase.
- Place the rod of choice for reverse gear and V transmission to the central position and insert the ball and spring retainer, inflicting on them a thin layer of grease. Insert the lock into the containment sump.
- Align the retainer with the hole in selector shaft and insert into the hole a cylindrical pin.
- Set in between the sump with a new seal. Apply sealant to the threaded bolts, screw and tighten them by hand. Dowel pin axis of the intermediate reverse gear should be on the outside to install it in the housing recess.
- Intermediate housing must be centered relative to the intermediate plate before the final tightening of the bolts. To do this, remove the bearings from the stove, set the plate on the crankcase and make sure the bearings are free to enter the nest plates. Replace the housing and tighten the outer bolts. Remove the intermediate plate and the bearings and tighten internal screws.
- Using the mandrel, press them V gear transmission at the end of the intermediate shaft.
- Put a new gasket on the intermediate plate, setting her bearings, then put the plate on the positioning pins, skipping through her secondary and intermediate shaft, place and tighten the bolts.
- Temporary Lock the intermediate shaft by integrating two simultaneous transmissions, and then screw the nut on the intermediate shaft and tighten it to a torque of 8.0 kgs.m. If provided, Tighten nut stamping.
- Enter the shift fork in the synchronizer sleeve slots through the side window casing.
