Adjusting the size of the position on lever Transmission, 4-speed manual *
* The shift lever is in neutral. | - Insert the input shaft in the housing and enter into engagement with the front end of a secondary shaft.
- Remove the mandrel with a secondary shaft, then supporting the input shaft, press them back bearing on the output shaft and the socket housing.
- Turn the gearbox so that the intermediate shaft engages with the gear of the primary and secondary shafts, and then press-fit the front and rear bearings of the mandrel.
- Including two transmission simultaneously, screw the nut on the front end of the intermediate shaft and tighten it to a torque of 8.0 kgs.m. If provided, Tighten nut zachekankoy her shoulder in the groove of the shaft.
- Turn neutral, then put on the back wall of the crankcase gasket adjustment of end clearance of the bearing and pressure plate and tighten bolts. When replacing the bearing, adjust the end play of the outer ring of the bearing within 0,0-0,05 mm; to check the clearance, measure the distance from the lock ring of the bearing and the shoulder of the pressure plate to the mating surface. - Put the reverse gear on the rear end of the intermediate shaft, and then under two programs included screw nut and tighten it to a torque of 8.0 kgs.m. If provided, Tighten nut zachekankoy her shoulder in the groove of the shaft.
- Insert the shaft reverse gear and at the same time, move the slider on the shaft. Align the holes and secure the stopper cylindrical pin.
- Plug the reverse gear into the annular groove of the intermediate reverse gear and press in light hammer blows to the wall housing. Thus flats on the end of the axle must be top. If you are installing synchronizer ring groove should be turned to the intermediate shaft.
- Using the mandrel, press them reverse gear on the secondary shaft.
- Enter the shift fork in the synchronizer sleeve slots through the side window casing and turn neutral.
