Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Raise the vehicle.
  2. Remove the exhaust pipe.
  3. Unscrew and remove the shield from the bottom of the body.
  4. Remove the parking brake cables and remove the linkage to the underbody.
  5. Applying two key loosen two turns compression nut on the front end of the propeller shaft. This will allow some shift shaft.
  6. Mark the propeller shaft and flexible couplings (chalk, paint).
  7. Remove the bolts of the intermediate support, front and rear flexible coupling from the gearbox and final drive. Lower intermediate support on the stand (jack).
  8. Secure the mutual position of the splines (paint), so that future balancing driveshaft.
  9. Move the rear propeller shaft and disconnect it from the flange of the main transmission.
  10. Disconnect front propeller shaft from transmission flange and remove the driveline assembly from under the car and put on the stand (tarpaulin), without separating the drive shafts from each other.


Setting

Installation spend to reverse.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Laid in the central recess of each of the centering sleeves 6 g refractory greasing.
  2. Insert connecting bolts heads towards the middle bearing and screw the new self-locking nuts.
  3. Several times turn the drive shaft in order to relieve the tension. Make sure that the front and rear (section) is not seized, then tighten the coupling nut to 10.0 kgs.m.
  4. Finally, tighten the bolts of the central bearing.
  5. Establish wheels and lower the car.
