2. Remove the nozzle, refer to Section Removal and installation of atomizers.
3. Remove the cylinder head cover, refer to the appropriate section.
4. Set the first cylinder to TDC.

5. Secure the intake camshaft. To do this, insert the locking pin (1) through the cover of the first bearing in the camshaft sprocket hole in the shaft of inlet valves (2).

6. Remove the chain tensioner, refer to the appropriate section.
7. Remove the front cover, refer to the appropriate section.
8. Remove the upper slide guide, refer to the appropriate section.
9. Mark camshaft sprocket towards the chain.

If, during subsequent works camshaft should not rotate, tie connector cable sprocket and chain.

? Remove the cover bolts E1, E3, E5 and A1, A3 and A5. At the same time pay attention to the marking of caps for installation.
? Loosen the screws of bearing caps E2, E4 and A2, A4 in stages, each time for one revolution so that counterpressure remove the camshaft. Make sure that when loosening bolts camshafts are not skewed. Fully unscrew the bolts and remove the cover.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease a pusher, and basic necks of camshafts clean motor oil. Check the ease of a push rod stroke.
2. Install the camshafts intake and exhaust valves and set them on the thrust bearings. At the same time pay attention to the location of the shaft. Marking shafts affixed at a point of contact with the thrust bearing.

01 inlet camshaft
00 exhaust camshaft.

3. Install the camshafts so that the holes (3) in the camshaft sprockets are against each other and match marking the camshaft and bearing caps.

The camshafts are very sensitive to overvoltages and could be destroyed. Therefore, take care to installation does not lead to an overload of shafts.

4. Turn the crankshaft in the opposite direction to the position of the piston of the first cylinder 30 ? before TDC.

5. Install the bearing caps according to their labeling.

Bearing caps are asymmetrical. Make sure that they were not biased.
