Removal and installation of assemblage of the fan resistor and sensor system K / V

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To access the resistor assembly, remove the glove box assembly (see chap. Body). Remove the two screws (?31 on an illustration Building block K / V models with manual) and remove the resistor assembly (?32).
  2. To access the external temperature sensor (only models with automatic K / V), remove the grille (see chap. Body). Give a nut and remove the sensor (see. Illustration of the arrangement of the K / V).
  1. To access the in-car sensor (only models with automatic K / V), remove the control unit ventilation system (see. Section Removal, installation, disassembly and reassembly of the control unit with a ventilation system with a heater and K / V). Remove the screw on the back of the unit and remove the gauge.
  1. To remove the sun sensor (only models with automatic K / V) must be removed first edging sensor (see. Illustration of the arrangement of the K / V).
  2. Installation is the reverse order.

Evaporator temperature sensor

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Discharge K / V in a specialized workshop.
  2. Remove the K / B (see. Section Removal, installation, assembly and disassembly of the unit K / V).
  3. Remove the pollen filter (see chap. Adjustment and car routine maintenance) and right air duct "at the feet" (see. Section Removal and installation of ducts and vents). On models with automatic K / remove additional e / motor shutter modes.
  1. Remove the bottom casing of the heater fan and the cover of the expansion valve.
  1. Slide down the evaporator and the fan shroud and remove the evaporator temperature sensor.

When removing and installing the sensor, do not rotate the insert thermistor.

  1. Installation is in the reverse order. Replace the seals pipes and hoses.
  2. Finally, check the system K / V leak.
