Removal and installation of the other components of the system K / V



PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Before disconnecting the discharge line of the refrigerant system K / V in a specialized workshop. After removing the hoses and tubes clog openings; replace seals pipes and hoses. Installation is in the reverse order.
  2. Location refrigerant pressure sensor shown in the illustration of the arrangement of the K / V. For its removal wrench hold the sensor mounting block.

The condenser and the receiver-dryer

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the front bumper and right air duct (see chap. Body).
  1. Disconnect from the condenser hose and pressure pipe.
  1. Disconnect the refrigerant pressure sensor wiring and remove the retainer.
  2. Attach the condenser and radiator cooling system on the upper radiator support beam. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the bottom of the radiator support beam (see. Section Removal and installation of the heat sink and fan assembly).
  3. Remove the condenser from under the car.
  1. If necessary, give fixture receiver drier and remove it from the condenser by pulling up. When installing, make sure that the holder of the receiver-dryer is securely seated on the hook of the capacitor.

Evaporator

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the K / B (see. Section Removal, installation, assembly and disassembly of the unit K / V).
  2. Remove the pollen filter (see chap. Adjustment and car routine maintenance) and air "at the feet" (see. Section Removal and installation of ducts and vents).
  3. Remove the bottom casing of the fan and the cover of the expansion valve (see. Illustration Building block K / V models with manual control).
  4. Slide the evaporator and fan cover down and remove the evaporator temperature sensor.
  5. Remove the evaporator from the bottom casing of the fan.

Expansion Valve

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect the hose from the evaporator low pressure and high pressure pipe).
  1. Remove the screws from the engine compartment and remove expansion valve.
