PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Under the conditions of a specialized workshop discharge system K / V.
  2. Drain the engine cooling system (see. Section Replacement of a cooling liquid).
  1. Disconnect the hose from the evaporator low pressure and high pressure pipe. Plug the openings.
  1. Disconnect hoses from the radiator heater and plug the openings.

When disconnecting the hoses can leak coolant.

  1. Remove the instrument panel (see chap. Body), clamps and wiring rack dashboard.
  1. Remove the screws and release the latches of the duct.
  2. Turn out bolts of fastening of the block K / V, bolts steering box and steering column. Release wiring clips (see. Illustration Fasteners block K / V).
  3. Remove the onboard control unit (BCM) - see chap. Onboard electric equipment.
  4. Remove the steering and then the block K / V.
  5. The components of the assembly block K / V presented the illustration Building block K / V models with manual control.
  6. Installation is in the reverse order. Replace all O-rings on the tubes. When installing the unit K / V, make sure that the drain hole so that it coincided with the drainage tube. Tighten fixture with demanded effort. Finally, tuck the cooling system and the K / B and make sure there are no leaks.
