Removal and installation of the vacuum amplifier



Components servo mounting


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect the vacuum booster vacuum hose.
  2. Remove the GTZ (see. Section Removal and installation of the GTZ).
  3. Remove the cotter pin and the center of the brake pedal (see. Section Removal and installation of the brake pedal).
  4. Give servo mounting nuts and the brake pedal assembly.
  5. Remove the clutch master cylinder from the panel, pull it out from the engine compartment and place it so that it does not interfere with work.
  1. Hold the bracket, remove the hose low pressure system K / V.
  1. Remove the cowl of the windshield (see chap. Body) and the vacuum amplifier.
  1. Check the size (B) projection servo rod and compare it with the requirements of the Specifications. If necessary, replace or repair the vacuum amplifier.
  1. Installation is in the reverse order.
