Removing and installing brake pedal



Components mounting the brake pedal

1 - Cotter pin
2 - D / stoplights
3 - Lock

4 - Assembling the brake pedal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the section of the instrument panel trim under the steering column (see chap. Body).
  2. Remove the holder wiring the gas pedal and disconnect the wiring connector (see. Section Removal and installation of the gas pedal).
  3. Disconnect the gauge-switch of stoplights and remove the sensor by turning it through an angle of 45 degrees.
  4. Remove the key and the axle pin.
  5. Give a fixing nut and remove the pedal assembly from the vehicle by moving the assembly of the vacuum amplifier and GTZ in the direction of the engine compartment.

Do not deform with the brake tubes.

  1. Installation is in the reverse order.
