Removal and installation of the GTZ



Assemble GTZ

1 - locking cap
2 - The assembly of the primary piston
3 - Connector brake fluid level
4 - Clutch hose (models with Manual transmission)
5 - a brake fluid reservoir

6 - Assembling the secondary piston
7 - Gasket
8 - Screw
9 - limiter piston
10 - Cover tank

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Drain the brake fluid (see. Section Replacing brake fluid and bleeding the brake system).
  2. Disconnect electrical brake fluid level.
  1. On models with Manual transmission remove the hose coupling.
  1. Using the Allen wrench, disconnect the brake tube assembly GTZ.
  2. Give nuts GTZ assembly and remove it from the vacuum amplifier.
  3. If necessary, make repairs arising from the disassembly and reassembly of GTZ.
  4. Fix the hand brake on the tube at the GTZ.
  5. Install the assembly in the vacuum amplifier of GTZ and GTZ Tighten with a force of 14 N ??? m.
  6. Tighten the brake pipe with a force of 16 N ??? m.
  7. On models with hose coupling, set the Manual transmission.
  8. Fill and bleed the brake system (see. Section Replacing brake fluid and bleeding the brake system). On models with Manual transmission bleed the clutch.
