The routine maintenance schedule
Regular inspection of the valve clearance is not required and is performed with increasing noise valve (see. Chapter Engine). Drive belts should be replaced when it detects damage them, or when reaching the wear limit tensioner (see. Section Checking the accessory drive belt and adjust its tension). Check dokataliticheskogo lambda probe on models with Euro-OBD is required. The fuel filter is not serviced. Every year or every 15 000 km - Replacing the motor oil and the oil filter (see. Section Replacement of impellent oil and the oil filter) 1;
- Checking the status of the cooling system (see. Section Check of levels of liquids, the control of leaks);
- Check the headlamps (see. Section Checking headlight adjustment);
- Checking the hydraulic drive and clutch brake system for leaks, check the brake fluid level (see. Sections Check of levels of liquids, the control of leaks and Check of brake system and clutch);
- Checking the transmission oil leaks and Manual transmission (see. Section Check of levels of liquids, the control of leaks);
- Checking and leaks ATF (see. Section Check of levels of liquids, the control of leaks) 2;
- Checking the status of the steering mechanism, steering rods, drive shafts, suspension components and exhaust system (see. Sections Checking the exhaust system - Check condition of protective covers of power shafts CV joints) 3;
- Check wheel alignment if necessary rotation and wheel balancing (see chap. Suspension and steering);
- Checking the brake pads, discs and other components of the braking system (see chap. Brakes and Section Checking brake and clutch) 4;
- Check of serviceability of functioning and backlash clutch operating and parking brake (see chap. Brakes and Section Checking brake and clutch);
- Examination stand for scratches, abrasions and the like, as well as damage anticorrosive materials (once per year);
1 - When driving in dusty areas, when towing a trailer, with frequent trips to the short distance and long idling replace the motor oil and oil filter every 7,500 km or 6 months. 2 - When driving on rough and muddy road in the desert, as well as frequent trips a short distance ATF should be replaced every 30 000 km or 2 years (see. Section Changing the transmission oil and AT Manual transmission). 3 - When driving in areas using the salt or other materials, causing corrosion, and also in rough and dirty conditions and desert road test must be performed every 7500 km or 6 months. 4 - When driving in dusty conditions and mountainous terrain, in areas using salt or other materials, corrosive, in a rough and muddy road and desert, when towing a trailer, as well as frequent braking test should be done every 7,500 km or 6 months. Every 2 years or 30 000 km 1 - When driving in mountainous areas and in areas with high humidity replace the brake fluid should be performed annually or every 15 000 km. 2 - When driving in dusty area filter replacement should be performed annually or every 15 000 km. Every 3 years or 45 000 km - Check the coolant level and antifreeze concentration (see. Section Check of levels of liquids, the control of leaks). The following checks should be made at 120 000 km (8 years), and then - every 60 000 km (4 years), ie, in the middle of the gap between the drain coolant;
