Maverick XL Hardtop (Hardtop)

This Guide presents Nissan CQ Patrol cars in Japan and Ford DA Maverick, first introduced on the market in 1988. The series includes models of Hardtop (Hardtop) with a short base and Touring (Station Wagon) with long wheelbase. Patrol is also a series of mini-truck (Cab chassis).

Patrol Ti Touring (Station Wagon)

Model Patrol RX released on the market in November 1993 and equipped with intermediate level between the DX and ST.
The level of equipment series Patrol presented by models of Hardtop XL and the ST Wagon DX, ST and Ti with an engine capacity of 3.0 liters. Mini-truck produced in only one embodiment.

Patrol Mini truck (Cab Chassis)

Maverick is available in variants of Hardtop and XL and the XLT and Universal XL and standard.
All the models except series Patrol 3.0 liter equipped with gasoline engine of 4.2 liters with contact ignition system and a vacuum gain traction. Patrol 3.0 liter models are equipped with electronic ignition and standard clutch without amplification.

Patrol ST Wagon (Station Wagon)

5-speed manual gearbox (Manual transmission) or a 4-speed automatic transmission (AT) are connected with a 2-speed transfer case. Drive to the rear wheels is carried out by a conventional differential, limited-slip differential or differential lock. Front wheel drive equipped with conventional differential and hubs rotate freely.

1994 Patrol RX

All models of Hardtop and the Versatile air suspension on helical springs, in the mini-truck used leaf spring suspension. On some models in order to provide opportunities to increase suspension travel is set rear anti-roll stability adjustable type. Power steering is standard on a car of this class.

The vacuum booster equipped brake applied type ventilated disc brakes front wheels and the disc or drum - rear.
