Removal and installation of the air and the dust separator prefilter

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove one or more of the wing nuts securing the top cover of the air cleaner assembly (components of air cleaner 4.2 l presented on an accompanying illustration).
1 - top cover
2 - wing nuts
3 - the filter element
4 - a device the lean at idle when the engine
5 - thermostatic valve
6 - housing
  1. Release the clamp on the lid.
  2. Remove the top cover and remove the air cleaner housing filter element.
  3. Give bolt the air intake to the heater assembly.
  4. Disconnect from the cylinder head cover the air vent hose.
  5. Give bracket bolts the air.
  6. Lift the air cleaner, then disconnect the vacuum hoses, preliminary having marked their identification marks.
  7. Remove the air cleaner assembly from the vehicle.
  8. Loosen the clamp duct dust separator.
  9. Give fixing bolts and remove the heater assembly from the vehicle.
  10. Give bolts of the dust separator to the mudguard. Remove the dust separator from the vehicle.

Setting

Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. If necessary, make maintenance of the air cleaner in accordance with the instructions.
  2. Make sure that the vacuum hoses are connected in accordance with applied during the dismantling of an identification mark.
