Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Gland semiaxis
1. Raise the rear of the car and establish on supports.
2. Drain the oil from the checkpoint.
3. Remove the axle from the transaxle case (see. Subsection 10.2), take aside and fix, axle nut is not necessary to turn on.
4. Carefully remove the oil seal by prying with a screwdriver.
5. Wipe the surface of the mandrel and press in new shaft seal completely into the boarding collar. Pre-lubricate the oil seal.
6. Install the axle shaft.
7. Fill the checkpoint.

8. Replace the gland is performed by a workshop, since it is necessary to make out a check point.

9. Raise the back of the car and establish on supports, drain the oil from the checkpoint.
10. Remove the nut and remove the axle disconnect PPC selector shaft.
11. To access the pins slide the cover (arrow indicates one of the locking pins plug).
12. Knock first small inner pin, and then the outside, remove the plug.
13. Remove the cover, gently pry and remove the gland.
14. Check the condition of the shaft surface, small defects grind.
15. Lubricate a new oil seal and press in until it stops.
16. Put cover, align the holes and press in the new pins.
17. Install the rod and tighten the axle nut.
18. Lower the car, pour oil into the checkpoint.
