Radiator



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Drain the coolant.
3. Disconnect the radiator upper and lower hoses (indicated by arrows) and the surge tank hose.
4. Remove the fan (s) and cover.
5. Remove the radiator upper bracket bolts.
6. Remove the bracket and rubber pads.
7. Carefully tilt the radiator, remove (the arrows indicate the lower fixing), remove the bottom cushion.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean the outside of the radiator, if there is suspicion of internal channels clogged, then rinse the inside.
2. It is recommended to ensure the purity of the inner channels by checking their capacity (performed by a workshop).
3. Check the tightness of a radiator (performed by a workshop).
4. Check the rubber cushions and replace if necessary.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install in reverse order with the following rules.
2. Make sure the rubber bushings radiator entered the lifting lugs.
3. Fill the cooling system with liquid.
