The coolant pump



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Drain the coolant.
3. Remove all the belts.
4. Secure the water pump pulley, belt wrapped old, turn away bolts and remove a pulley.
5. Remove the thermostat housing and gently slide to the side, without damaging the wiring. If necessary, disconnect the hoses and wires.
6. Unscrew the bolts and remove the pump by gently tapping or shaken in order to destroy the seal.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the condition of the body and impeller, radial and axial play of the roller pump, the freedom of rotation of the impeller.
2. The pump can not be disassembled and replaced as a single unit.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean the pump, a split plane and the cylinder thermostat housing.
2. Plug the pump surface, apply sealant (left - the pump to the cylinder block, to the right - the pump with thermostat housing).
3. Place the pump and tighten bolts with the set moment.
4. The threads of the two lower bolts grease with fixing structure.
5. Establish a pulley, tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
6. On the split surface thermostat housing apply sealant
7. Set the thermostat to the pump, tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
8. Wear belts, adjust the tension.
9. Pour the liquid.
10. Connect the battery to weight.
