Thermostat
The thermostat is mounted in a housing bolted to pump coolant from the engine front cover. Withdrawal
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Disconnect the battery from weight. | 2. Drain the coolant (see. Subsection 2.4.5). | | 3. Disconnect the hose from the thermostat cover. | 4. Disconnect thermoswitch of the fan on the cover of the inlet pipe (if provided). | 5. Remove the cap from the thermostat wiring and take aside. | | 6. Unscrew the bolts and remove the cover of the thermostat by gently tapping on it or loosening. | 7. Remove the thermostat from the case, noting the position of the vent. |

Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Suspend the thermostat in a vessel with water and a thermometer, as heating water thermostat bypass valve should open. Otherwise, replace the thermostat. | 2. Check the temperature of the thermostat valve opening. | 3. If the thermostat when cooling is not closed, it should be replaced. |

Setting
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Clear demountable planes of cover and thermostat housing. | | 2. Set the thermostat so that the vent (arrow) the valve facing upwards. | 3. Carefully put on the split plane of the housing sealing. | 4. Set the thermostat cover and tighten bolts with the set moment. | 5. Secure the wiring bracket on the cover of the thermostat, connect the connector of the fan thermoswitch. | 6. Attach the hose. | 7. Pour coolant. | 8. Connect the battery to weight. |
