Thermoswitch screwed into the cover of the thermostat.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To test the switch should be removed, immersed in a heated vessel with water and determine the temperature of a contact closure.
2. Prior to the closure of the switch contact resistance must be infinitely large.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Drain the engine has cooled down to the level of the liquid thermoswitch.
3. Disconnect thermoswitch.
4. Carefully remove the thermoswitch, remove the seal (if provided).

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean thermoswitch and apply thread sealant.
2. Replace the seal (if provided).
3. Next, the assembly is done in reverse order.
4. Start the engine and check the operation of the switch.
