Reception of the road information from system RDS (Radio)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The receiver automatically switches to the reception station broadcasting RDS-information when switching to VHF band. When switching on the display shows the name of the appropriate station and symbol RDS. If you tune in to the new FM stations broadcast RDS-information, the display shows the frequency and 5 with the corresponding radio station name will appear.
2. Tune to the station that broadcasts traffic information, carried out by one of the following methods.
Setting by programming, automatic search and manually
3. To set up described in section 1.5.2.
Setting by scanning across the whole range
4. When the display shows TP (Traffic Program), this means that the station will broadcast traffic information and data EON.
5. The receiver is switched on by pressing the range TI ?TI?. At the same time the display will show the symbol ?TI?. If after 20 seconds after pressing ?TI? Receiver does not find a station, it will begin searching for a station on the basis of a list of alternative frequencies (list AF), which ends at a station. On the transition to a receiver mode warning sound and symbol SEARCH on the display.
6. If you tune in to the station after a single scan across the entire range can not be due to a weak signal, then scan again, but if you are sensitive, which will indicate the symbol DX on the display. If the signal is too weak, then the receiver will stop searching and display for 2 seconds will be NOTHING. If for a further 20 receiver is tuned to a station TI-range, the scan begins again.
7. When the display TI, the receiver will receive TI station only if the setting is made by automatic search.
8. If you want to receive traffic information and the station to which the receiver is tuned, broadcasting another program, then click TI and hold up until the display shows the symbol of TA (Traffic Announcement). When you see this symbol receiver stops taking all programs, except for the road, or if the transmission of traffic information at the moment there is no player in the cassette is inserted, the player is activated, which automatically turns off at the start of the broadcast traffic information. After the end of the transfer or if the signal becomes weak, the previous program is included.
9. In order to return from the Traffic information mode to normal mode, press the button TI and hold up until disappears from the display the symbol TA.
Tuning to tracking mode network (NF-mode).
10. Use to search for RDS-stations throughout
band. Press the button NF and hold more than 2 seconds, while the receiver will tune in to RDS-station and the receiving program is not interrupted. The display shows the symbol of NF. When receiving conditions deteriorate, setting a station that is broadcasting the same program will be based on a list of alternative frequencies received from the RDS-station
List of other networks EON (Enhanced Other Network)
11. If the RDS-station (with data EON), you are listening to is not transmitting traffic information in TI and TA, the receiver will automatically switch to a program that broadcasts traffic information based on a list of alternative frequencies EON. After the end of the transmission is automatically activated the previous program. At the beginning and after switching the audible signals.
12. For NF-mode cancellation press button NF button for at least 2 seconds. When the display shows the symbol REGON, tuned to a RDS-station, which has an identical program identification code (PI-code). When the display shows the symbol REG OFF, the receiver tunes to a RDS-station, which is identical to the three-digit code PI-.
13. If, within 60 seconds the receiver does not detect the RDS-station, then there is jamming all programs and begin searching for a station with the same PI code from a list of alternative frequencies (list of AF). If due to a weak signal station can not be found, the search will start again all VHF stations. On the transition to a receiver mode warning sound and symbol SEARCH on display
14. If the tune can not be due to a very weak signal, the search stops and the display 2 symbol appears with NOTHING. To cancel NF-mode double-click on the NF. NF symbol disappears.
