9. Continue to pour water until the water does not flow out of the vent hole. Screw the plug holes and tighten with the set moment. |
10. Fill with water up to the MAX expansion tank, tighten the neck of the radiator cap. |
11. Start the engine and warm up until the turns on the auxiliary cooling fan. Bring 2-3 revs up to 3000 rev / min, stop the engine and wait until it cools down. |
12. Repeat steps in as long as the water runs clear. |
13. Drain and repeat the steps in the but this time, pour antifreeze in the correct proportions. Grease drain plug cylinder fixing structure and tighten with the set moment. |
14. Start the engine and warm up to operating temperature, stop the engine and wait until it cools down. |
15. Make sure there are no leaks from under disassemble connections. Check the fluid level in the expansion tank, top up if necessary. |
