Removing

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the cylinder head and oil pan.
2. If at the top of the cylinder formed collar, it is necessary to remove scan or scraper, without damaging the cylinder wall. Education bead points to increased wear of the cylinder.
3. On the connecting rod and connecting rod cap must be stamped number of the cylinder to which the rod is. Cylinder N1 is from the timing chain cover. If the numbers are not visible, then apply paint or stake the label. Labels applied to grind the side surface of the rod and the cap.
4. Turn the crankshaft and pistons, set the 1st and 4th cylinder in position BDC.
5. Remove the nuts of the crank rod cap 1st cylinder. Remove the cover and remove the lower connecting rod bearings. If the liner is installed again, stick it with adhesive tape to remove the cover.
6. In order not to damage the crankshaft connecting rod neck seal tape, bolt connecting rod cap.
7. hammer handle push the piston in the cylinder and remove the piston from the top of the cylinder. Remove the upper connecting rod bearing pad and stick it with tape to skim rods.
8. Put the cap on the connecting rod and fasten the nut to keep the old order of the assembly parts.
9. Repeat the operation, remove the piston rod with 4-cylinder.
10. Rotate the crankshaft 180 ?� and set in BDC pistons of 2nd and 3rd cylinders. Remove the connecting rods of the cylinders with pistons.
