Thermovacuum valve (arrow) located on the right side of the intake manifold.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. thermovacuum valve is located on the right side of the intake manifold. The engine and the intake manifold must be cold when removing the valve.
2. Drain some coolant from the cooling system (see. Subsection 2.4.5) to its level dropped below the valve, or prepare a suitable plug to plug the hole in the intake manifold after removing the valve. If you decide to use a plug, try not to damage the collector and do not use anything that will allow foreign objects or substances fall into the cooling system.
3. Disconnect both hoses from the valve.
4. Carefully remove the valve from the intake manifold and remove the O-ring (if installed).
5. Installation is spent upside-down removals. At installation use a new sealing ring (if necessary). If the O-ring has not been installed on the valve, lubricate the threads with sealant before installation.
