Call adjustments of a seat and external mirrors for forward travel

The memorized adjustment can be caused by pressing the memory buttons D or via radio remote control.

Calling via the memory buttons

For safety reasons, the challenge of adjustment can be performed only when the ignition is switched off.

There are two ways to do it:

- "Touch Auto": press lightly with the open driver's door key selected memory D. The seat and exterior mirrors automatically take memorized position

- "Manual": hold down the selected memory button D when the door opens, the driver until the seat and exterior mirrors finally take memorized position.

If you during an unattended installation of the seat and exterior mirrors again press one of the memory buttons, the current process will interrupt the call. If you are then once again press the memory, interrupt the installation process will continue. If you, on the contrary, press one of the other two buttons will be adjustments made to the calling process in memory for that key.

Call via radio remote control

Install the stored adjustment You can only switch off the ignition and the driver's door is closed.

Press the unlock key radio remote control and then open the driver's door.

The seat and exterior mirrors automatically will be selected earlier position.

Call setup right mirrors while reversing
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the control to the right outside mirror.
2. Engage reverse gear.
Right mirror automatically takes the previously set position when reversing.

As soon as reverse gear is turned off, the right mirror will return to the previously set position with the forward travel.

Emergency shutdown

If necessary, you can abort the installation of the stored adjustment, if you press the switch lock E, one of the memory buttons or one of the seat adjustment switches.

Guidelines on the use of a switch lock E

After pressing the switch lock E memory system is deactivated. The seat and mirrors can only be set manually. Repeatedly pressing the switch lock E memory system on again. However, the installation process was interrupted by the memory can not be extended further.

We recommend that you turn off the switch of system memory block E when the vehicle is temporarily controlled by the driver, whose individual adjustment of the seat and mirrors had not been entered into the memory.

Initialize the memory system

After disconnecting the battery must be re-memory system "initialize" (lead to its original state). Otherwise it will be impossible to memorize any new regulations or making changes to the memory settings.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Open the driver's door.
2. Turn on the ignition.
3. Install the seat cushion up and forward until it stops.
4. Install the seatback forward until it stops.
Now the system is re-initialized memory and is fully operational.
