Assembly

The assembly of the engine must be performed in sequence, return dismantling taking into account the following:
- It is necessary to apply a thin coat of oil to all rubbing parts. This should be done before the assembly, rather than after the items have been collected, as in this case, oil does not fall on the supporting surface friction. It is especially important to have plenty of oiled pistons, piston rings and cylinder walls. After a complete disassembly of the engine cylinder block all parts must be carefully cleaned. When partial disassembly is necessary to ensure that the unsorted engine components or cavities not permit foreign objects. All openings should be seal or close cloth;
- Lubrication channels and openings best blow compressed air. If this is not possible, use wooden rods, in any case, do not use a metal tool. O-rings, seals, gaskets, etc. should always be replaced. In no case do not skimp on them and do not use the already damaged parts;
- Listed in Annex limit values of the majority of wear of moving parts. In case of doubt about the quality of a part or when it is worn close to the limit, it is better to replace such a detail, to avoid re-disassembly.
