Removal and installation of the oil pump
For removal and installation of the oil pump, proceed as follows: - Drain the engine oil. If the time poured into the engine oil is still small, it can be collected for reuse. By dismantling the toothed belt can refer to Sect. 2.7.1. The general sequence of operations is as follows: - Remove the top cover bolts toothed belt and remove it; - Remove ribbed belt; - Unscrew the bolt crankshaft pulley. To do this, turn on some gear and brake the car a lay brake to prevent rotation of the crankshaft. To remove a pulley; - Unscrew the bolts of the safety of the lower toothed belt guard and remove it; - Release the toothed belt by loosening the tensioning pulley and remove the belt; - Unscrew the screws oil pan (see. Sect. 3.1); - Unscrew the cover bolts cuffs in front of the cylinder and remove the flange seal. On the inside of the cover are grommet-necessity to examine it. If the cover is damaged, it must be replaced. Before installing the flange hub again set into the lid, carefully brushing her; - To knock out the cover sleeve of the crankshaft; - Disconnect the oil pump on the cylinder, remove the chain from the crankshaft sprocket and pull up to the pump circuit.

Installation of the pump is carried out in reverse order of removal. To achieve the required pump manual chain tension, it is necessary to secure the pump bolted on the cylinder block, so he could not move, and then press your thumb on the chain, as shown in Fig. 92. The amplitude of the oscillation circuit (and the size) should be 4.0-5.0 mm. Otherwise, loosen the tension bolts of the pump, move it and tighten the bolts again. If the circuit and (or) the pump have been replaced, it is necessary to bring the size to 3.5-4.5 mm. Again, check. Then tighten the pump bolts to 20 Nm. Install the flange sealing ring with a new seal and new seal and tighten the bolts evenly to 10 Nm. When you install and tension the timing belt, follow the instructions contained in Section. 2.7.1.
