Precautions generator



Before performing any work on the charger, you must understand the following precautions:
- Never disconnect the battery or voltage regulator during engine operation, and thus the generator;
- Never connect to the terminal of the generator clip or wire attached to it;
- Not to be confused wire voltage regulator;
- To avoid damage never include a voltage regulator, if it is connected to the housing;
- Never remove the generator if the battery is not previously been disconnected from the electrical system;
- When installing the battery, make sure that the negative terminal is connected to the vehicle body;
- Never use a test lamp connected to a network voltage of 110 V or 220 V. Use only the lamp voltage of 12 V;
- Incorrect wiring leads to failure of the rectifier and voltage regulator.
