General recommendations for repair

The text of the repair manuals provided with drawings, characterized by simplicity of exposition and is easily accessible to understand. The sequential operations should not be difficult to conduct repairs. At the end of the manual contains the technical data and tightening torques.

Warnings
In order to eliminate possible errors in the repair of this information shall conform to the model of your car.
In some cases, the description of the repair work are not mentioned preparatory operations, such as "Open the hood of the car" before starting work on the engine or "Loosen the wheel nuts" before working on the brakes, but their implementation is supposed to fail.
At the same time, the text detail given complicated operations.

If repair work is necessary to observe the following rules:
- Bolts and nuts before using them should be cleaned of dirt and covered with a thin layer of grease. The surfaces of the nuts and threads need to continually monitor for damage and remove burrs if they are detected. If there is any doubt, it is necessary to use new bolts or nuts. Self-locking nuts subjected to loosen, be sure to replace;
- Observe the tightening torques specified in the annex;
- The assembly must be replaced all sealing washers and O-rings, gaskets, lock washers, cotter pins. To be replaced and the sealing cuff if the shaft was removed from the sealing ring. Sealing lips before assembly is necessary to cover the plastic lubricant. Attention is drawn to the fact that the sealing lips during installation were sent to the direction from which may be leaking oil or plastic grease;
- When working below the car is necessary to provide a secure base hung out of the car. Car jack is only for replacing wheels on the road. During repair, it should be used only to lift the car, then the car should be lowered to the appropriate mounts. Such support-tripod safety must be placed under the car and when used garage lift. Bricks as stands should not be used, if necessary, use hollow blocks because of their large bearing surface, but in this case between them and the vehicle must be sufficient to put the board thickness;

Warnings
When disconnecting the battery information is erased from the memory of the electronic devices. Therefore, check whether you have the radio code. Never use a defective tool, resulting in the majority of cases, personal injury, or damage to the nuts, bolts and so on.

- Plastic lubricants, fuel, oil, anti-rust compounds have an aggressive effect on rubber parts of the chassis and the brake system. Contact with them is particularly damaging to the parts of the hydraulic system. When repairing the brake system should only be used brake fluid or ethyl alcohol. Be careful: Brake fluid is poisonous and corrosive, for example, coatings;
- Must be used for repair parts manufacturer. The only exception is electrical parts or parts with a certificate of the manufacturer;
- When ordering spare parts should specify the exact name and model of the vehicle chassis number, and, if necessary, engine number and year of manufacture. This speeds up the execution of the order and excludes receipt of the items are not relevant to your model;
- All work on the car, especially on the braking system, steering and suspension, should be carried out carefully, as it affects safety.
