Details of the mounting of the steering, the expansion tank and pipes and mains connections of the hydraulic system shown in Fig. 255. The pump can not be repaired, so in the event of failure it must be replaced. When installing, observe the recommended tightening torque, as well as to take into account the following: - Clamps 1 (see. Fig. 255) are mounted on fixing roads gearbox; - Power-steering fluid reservoir plug has a slot at the top and should be opened by a horizontal lever (eg a screwdriver). The fluid level, see. Div. 11.3; - When removing the tank 5 to cut the clips and replace them with collars of screw type; The tube 7 return line is marked with colored lines and arrows on the expansion tank; - Inlet tube has a color-coded, which should coincide with the face or body, or with the mark of the pump on the console (depending on the version); - Tightening torque bolts 9 to 5 N ? m; - Is always necessary to replace the O-ring 10 of high pressure pipeline. Banjo bolt-fitting should be tightened to 30 N ? m. Since the set socket head with a torque wrench may be difficult, it is necessary to determine the torque about.
