Assembling the cylinder head
The cylinder head should be collected in accordance with the following instructions in reverse order on the process of dismantling: - Generously grease the valve stems with engine oil and insert them in the appropriate guides; - Insert the bottom plate valves;

- Using a special tool 10-204 (Fig. 405), install the valve stem seals; - Push the plastic sleeve 1 of the special tool on the exposed part of the valve guide. The plastic liner protects the new valve stem seals from the damage that they can get in contact with sharp notches on the valve stems; - Well lubricate the valve stem cap 2 and put it into a plastic sleeve. - Put the instrument 3 on the valve stem cap and gently push it into the guide sleeve. Remember that when you install the valve stem seals without the use of special tools or the like other tools, they can be damaged, which will lead to increased oil consumption. In a pinch, you can use a piece of pipe of suitable diameter, but at the same time be very careful not to damage the valve stem seals or spring rings. If grinding was performed valves, each valve must be installed in the seat to which it was stoppered. Set in the cylinder head, one inner and outer coils for the respective valve (if installed the old spring), mount them using the valve remover. Plastic mallet, hit the top of the valve stem. This half improperly installed valve stem will fly from the nest. In order not to lose them, put around the end of spring cloth. Insert pushers in accordance with the notes deposited in the holes (previously well-oiled them) if the old pushers. Liberally oil the camshaft bearings in the locations. Install the camshafts in the bed and rotate them several times. Set the shafts so that the two cams of the first cylinder on two shafts looked up.

Bearing caps should only be installed as shown in Fig. 406, and in accordance with the method described below to the camshaft was not deformed.

Guided Fig. 407, put on the lid bearing number 2 and number 4 and hand Push nut. Since the bearing caps are displaced, then check whether they are sitting. For this purpose, guided Fig. 406, determine whether the lid was put on. Tighten the nuts of bearing caps installed alternately and crosswise in several passes torque of 20 Nm. Make sure the surface is opposite the surface covers the cylinder head. Put the cap number 5, 1, and 3. Tighten the nuts alternately and crosswise in several stages torque of 20 Nm. The numbering corresponds to the numbering of the bearing cap as shown in Fig. 407. This pattern should be followed in setting the camshaft. Take the oil seal camshaft and see which side is the spring. The party on which the spring should be directed inward. Lubricate the sealing surface and the rolling surface of the camshaft. To install a new oil seal can be used tube of suitable diameter. The pipe must be fully consistent with the size of the outer part of the gland. Push gland directly and blows to it as long as its outer surface not go all the way in. Set gland can be by the same method as that described for the installation of the front of the crankshaft oil seal. Install the timing pulley on the camshaft (do not forget the wedge) and tighten the bolt with a washer. Hold the camshaft stationary (for example, using the old timing belt) tighten the bolt to 45 Nm. Install the inlet pipe and the exhaust manifold in the cylinder head (use new gaskets). Install the four injectors and glow plugs. Install all the removed parts.
